About The Music
DeGrazia combines
Spanish guitar rhythms with the passion and flair of Flamenco guitar.
Complimented by Latin, Salsa and rock drum rhythms, the pace of the music is
enticing and upbeat with a musical mix of Jesse Cook, the Gypsy Kings and
Carlos Santana.
We have several formats to suit the needs of the client such
as performing as a solo act, a guitar duo, a trio with either drums or
percussion, or a full band with drums and violin. We
can be energetic playing Latin dance music, or romantic depending on the
event. We play any size venue from smaller intimate settings to large
concerts, including weddings, private parties, corporate events and
everything in between. We also cater to events outside the United
States. Use the form below for availability and to get a quote.
Solo Guitar
As a Solo Spanish / Classical Guitar performer Domingo DeGrazia plays
both original and traditional Spanish, Latin, and Classical songs with an
emphasis on original writings and arrangements.
Duo Guitar
As a Spanish Guitar Duo, Domingo DeGrazia performs with
Dustin Jones
playing Spanish Guitar songs such as those on the San Carlos CD.
Guitar and Violin
Domingo DeGrazia performs with
violinist Beth Daunis
playing both original classical guitar songs as well as Spanish Guitar songs
from the San Carlos CD.
The Trio
The Spanish guitar trio is Domingo DeGrazia with either Dustin Jones or
Beth Daunis as in the above Duo formats, and features
Jim Pavett on
percussion or drums.
The Full Spanish
Guitar Band
The full Spanish Guitar band is our premier performance with 4-6 musicians
including violin and/or bass guitar. If your event calls for an upbeat,
memorable show, the DeGrazia Spanish Guitar Band is the choice for you.
Each of our musicians bring 20 + years of playing experience, and this is
where they all come together.
Suggested Format
In general, the full band is better for larger venues or where a concert
performance is desired. Solo or duo guitars are reserved for more intimate
settings while the trio using percussion rather than drums suits
performances up to 200 people. Typical performances last from 30 minutes to
4 hours depending on
the event and the needs of the client.
